On the outskirts of the bucolic Hébert Park in Nogent-sur-Oise is the locavore restaurant Séson (its summer terrace with a view of the park and the remains of the old Sarcus castle is also very popular). What is a locavore restaurant? It is an establishment that only uses raw materials produced within a 250 km radius. Being locavore means favouring short circuits, it means consuming differently: local and seasonal products. The Séson team welcomes you to their warm and modern restaurant to help you discover the regional gastronomy. Cheeses from the Pays de Bray, Picardy champagne, saffron and salicornia from the Bay of the Somme, organic fruit juices, smoked fish from Noailles, mushrooms from Laigneville and other victuals are all on the seasonal menu and will be the ingredients of your romantic meal. You can also share the experience of a themed evening for two or meet local producers.
