Le Larris climbing site

Located 40km north of Paris and 3km from Chantilly, the climbing wall at Le Larris is a former limestone quarry that has been converted into a year-round climbing area by the town council and the Sud Oise Escalade climbing club.
It dries very quickly after rain and can be climbed practically all year round thanks to its triple orientation (West, South and East). It's an ideal site for beginners and families, with just over 160 routes ranging from 3a to 7b and a maximum height of 15 metres. It takes the form of a 12-metre-high face.

A city stadium and a park with a playground and picnic area open 24/7 are just 100 metres away.
A supermarket, a bakery, a café-tabac, a pizzeria and a bistrot de pays, as well as other local shops, can be found in the town centre.
The Creil-Saint-Maximin shopping area, with its many restaurants, leisure activities and shops, is less than 10 minutes away by car.
In terms of leisure and culture, the "Maison de la Pierre" (House of Stone) offers visitors the chance to discover the history of stone quarrying in the south of the Oise region from ancient times to the present day. During the holidays, introductory courses and workshops in stone carving, stained glass and other artistic activities are on offer, as well as magical storytelling walks through the underground galleries.
Finally, the Saint-Leu-d'Esserent leisure centre, in the neighbouring town, offers a lake with supervised swimming and a sandy beach, as well as water sports and other activities for all the family!
