Parking
The Parc urbain du Prieuré is a green space covering more than 30 hectares right in the heart of the city! It's a real green lung, a place for the whole family to relax and stroll, with plenty of room to play, run and discover nature. There are paths for walking, pushchairs and cycling. There's also a pond, the result of quarry development in the 1990s, which was handed over to the local authority in 2003. This area is maintained to preserve its flora and fauna, much to our delight! With a bit of observation, you may be lucky enough to come across a few moorhens, ducks, great crested grebes and, with a bit of luck, deer! Respectful management of sensitive areas means that many different species of plants and insects can coexist, and this is a particularly enjoyable sight in spring and summer.
