This call for proposals is aimed at all partners in the Creil Sud Oise area with a programme of outings, visits and events for individuals. By filling in a project form, you will be able to appear FREE in the next events brochure !

What are RDVs?
3 paper editions per year
The Individual appointments are published by the Tourist Office 3 times a year, every quarter. The number of copies published varies between 4,000 and 6,000 according to the season, and each edition is distributed in over 100 venues.

Presence on our Facebook page
Each edition is acclaimed on our Facebook page through several publications, including a season presentation video in which your output can be quoted, as well as through articles presenting certain releases.
Over 8,700 subscribers!
We benefit from very good subscriber community with more than 8,700 regular customers who follow our page!
Sponsored posts
We also organise sponsorship campaigns via Facebook to reach a wider audience through paid advertising.
Example For the Autumn-Winter 2021-2022 edition, we have scheduled a sponsorship campaign from 21 to 28 October. 300 people were able to see the brochure advertisement. on their Facebook account and the brochure display a bondi 50 % during these 10 days.
Presence on our website
By appearing in the RDV brochure, your outing will also appear in the Calendar of our website as well as in the news.
L'events calendar
This go to is the most consulted on the website It attracted more than 16% of 60,000 visitors in 1 year. It is also the most clicked item on our newsletters since the website was launched.
The little extra
Good to know : We can provide information on an online ticketing link on your event page ! Not an insignificant argument at a time when many users book online.
The news
The News and events brings together all the latest information from the Tourist Office and its partners. Here we present the outings based on certain themes like school holidays, the cultural programmes or the activities developed as part of a territorial event such as Les Escales or national such as the Heritage Days.
Your animations may appear if they correspond to a theme highlighted in News.
Newsletters
We send two types of Newsletters to our regular subscribers: the Monthly newsletter and the Newsletter.
The Monthly newsletter
This Newsletter is sent on the last Wednesday of the month to nearly 700 registrants and brings together a selection of outings, good deals, news... for the following month. It has a very good opening rate with an average of 50% of subscribers who consulted the Newsletter when it was received.
The top 3 most open items in 2022 are :

- National event (Heritage Days, Museum Night...)

The newsletter
This letter is sent to everyone who took part in our events, i.e. almost 2,600 contacts. It has a average opening rate of 41%.
The letter is sent 3 times a year, when the RDV brochures come outto promote it.
Press releases
Every weekan a press release is sent to the local press. It lists all the outings scheduled for the following week, as well as those for the current week, as a reminder.

You can apply if your project is :
- Located in the Creil Sud Oise area
- Dated
- Addressed to a large number of peoplenot just for local audiences
- Tourist and highlights the history and special features of the in the Creil Sud Oise area

Send us your programme if you are taking part in a national event like Heritage Daysl' Science Festivall' Museum night… We'll be promoting it in our various communications media!
