MUSIC "HARP STORY" by Agnès Peytour, a musical harp story!
What lacemakers and harpists have in common is that they play their hands "on wires" with impressive dexterity, to enchanting effect. For this year's Museums' Night, the Musée de la dentelle has invited Agnès Peytour to take us on a musical journey through the history of the harp and its repertoire. From the 18th century to the present day, numerous composers have illustrated the great moments in the instrument's development with their creativity and genius, reinforcing the interest and curiosity that the harp arouses in the public. With 'HARP STORY', Agnès Peytour brings you a concert full of surprises, discoveries and emotions, featuring works by Krumpholtz, Parish-Alvars, Hasselmans, Fauré, Debussy...
