Sandrine Szymanski opens the doors to this fully independent 94 m² flat, located on the ground floor of the family's stone-built home. Like a real house fairy, this space is sparklingly clean and decorated with care. The accommodation comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a ground-level living room with bay window overlooking the terrace, a bathroom with corner bath and shower, two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a sofa bed (80/200 or 160/200) and a possible extra bed. The large bay window in the living room overlooks the 500m² garden on the edge of a wood, which is entirely at your disposal. You can also sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. You can make the most of this space with the garden furniture and barbecue. Children will love the swing and sandpit. Sandrine is on hand to help with any personalised requests you may have for a relaxing break (Champagne with a tray of delicacies, a bouquet of flowers or roses, a basket of fruit, a special perfume, or a professional massage session...). The gîte is 5 minutes from the historic centre (abbey church, castle-museum, etc.) and 10 minutes' walk from the shops in the town centre along small pedestrian footpaths.
