Steeped in Latin tradition, Franco-Colombian bassist and singer Ëda Diaz has been exploring and refining her colourful, rich and elegant "Colombian French touch" since 2017, combining traditional South American rhythms with ultra-creative electronic experimentation.
In this poetic space, her music reflects the contrasts she chooses to address in her lyrics. Between contemplation and zapping, illusion and reality, madness and reason, her songs shed light on love, death, filiation, the torments of the modern world, light and intuition.
Attached to her roots, Ëda is as capable of restoring the voices of her ancestors by dressing them up in the lights of the future as she is of enchanting a capella, stripped of all artifice and simply rubbing her hands together.
