How do I get my loyalty card?
Every time you buy a ticket via our online ticketing service, at the Tourist Office reception desk, or just before the start of an outing, we will offer you the loyalty card Creil Sud Oise Tourist Office.
And don't forget it for your next outing!
Your card will be buffered at the start of each outing, on presentation of your proof of purchase (paper or digital).

Which visits earn points?
Visits, workshops, walks, hikes, etc. that can be used to earn points on the loyalty card are as follows organised and marketed by the Creil Sud Oise Tourist Officeand a minimum value of 5 per person.

Is the loyalty card nominative?
No ! The Creil Sud Oise Tourist Office loyalty card is not nominative. It can be used by just you, or for your whole family or group of friends!
For example, if you are a group of 6 adults wishing to take a guided tour at €5 per person, you will immediately receive a free ticket for this visit and pay only five.
How long is the loyalty card valid?

The Creil Sud Oise Tourist Office loyalty card has no use-by dateWe simply collect it when it's full, in exchange for your free ticket.
What's more, if you have a loyalty card issued by the Maison du Tourisme de la Communauté d'Agglomération Creilloise (the predecessor of the current Tourist Office, prior to 2018), we'll transfer your old points to your new loyalty card!
Is the loyalty card for adults only?
No ! The Creil Sud Oise Tourist Office loyalty card is not just for adults. The only criterion for obtaining a point is the purchase of a ticket for a visit, a workshop, a walk, a hike, etc. organised and marketed by the Creil Sud Oise Tourist Officeand a minimum value of 5 per person.

I've forgotten my card. How do I get my points back?
If you are the proud owner of a Creil Sud Oise Tourist Office loyalty card but you have forgotten it and are unable to present it when you make your purchase (or at the start of your visit for purchases via the online ticketing service), we'll make you another card. The points will be accumulated on both cards!
Please note, however, that you will need to present your two cards to obtain the 6th free ticket!
How do I get my free ticket? BUY ONLINE
You cannot obtain your free ticket when you buy online via our ticket office..

On the day of your visit, your free ticket will only be given to you in exchange for your loyalty card stamped 5 times. Don't forget it! If you don't have it, you'll have to pay for your ticket.
