RDV in front of the old town hall 60500 CHANTILLY
In September 1914, Chantilly, a town of holidaymakers and revellers, was plunged into the harsh reality of the Great War. A rear town for the duration of the conflict, it was marked by the presence of the Grand Quartier général, military ambulances and hospitals, camouflage workshops, requisitions and the many restrictions on freedoms imposed on the people of Chantilly. For the commemorations on 11 November, rediscover this dark period in Cantilian history.
// Duration: 1h30, €6 per person, free for under-18s. RDV in front of the old town hall, 71 rue du Connétable, next to the Tourist Office.
